WHY ISCIA EXISTS

Empowering the soil carbon market

The soil carbon industry is at a critical inflection point. Standards are still being written. Policy frameworks are being decided. Markets are forming. The decisions made now will define the industry for decades – and they will be made by whoever shows up to the table.

ISCIA exists to make sure all key contributors to our industry – from technology service providers to CPG companies – have a seat at that table. Together.

WHAT WE DO

Scale CO₂ removals in agriculture

Shape Policy & Standards

We engage directly with regulators on the EU CRCF Regulation, national policies, VCM methodologies and SBTi standards to promote rigorous soil carbon measurement, and increased demand for soil carbon projects with fair farmer compensation.

Grow the Market

We build the business case for soil carbon investment, bringing together supply-side experts and demand-side stakeholders, and advocate for frameworks that drive finance to agricultural decarbonisation.

Connect the Industry

Through ongoing member communication platforms, webinars, working groups, and events, we create the rare space where competitors become collaborators – sharing best practices and building the collective trust the market needs.
