Their role is to help companies decarbonize and to meet their net-zero goals by providing tailored impact projects and energy solutions that fit their operations.

Ryan is the Senior Manager of Sustainability, MRV at Indigo Ag. Indigo 's soil carbon project is the largest of its kind in North America, delivering over a megaton of impact annually. Ryan supports this effort through engagement with the registries and verification bodies to deliver climate impact that meets the highest possible standards.

Robin Saluoks is a farmer’s son and the co-founder of eAgronom, dedicated to helping fellow farmers adopt sustainable practices. Drawing from his roots in the Estonian countryside, he works to develop simple tools that support soil health and rural resilience.


Karolina Kenney is a Senior Standards Specialist at Agreena where she combines her background in EU climate policy with a distinct focus on the development of carbon market standards within the EU. At Agreena she is in charge of leading the validation and verification for their VM0042 Verra VCS project which is the largest European soil carbon project using this methodology.

Julian Kremers is a leading expert in soil carbon measurement and digital MRV systems for regenerative agriculture. He is the Co-Founder and CTO at Seqana, a company specializing in data-driven soil organic carbon quantification. In 2025, Julian was elected President of ISCIA, where he advocates for science-based, scalable approaches to soil carbon sequestration in global climate policy.

Laurence Pelletier is the Carbon and Sustainability Lead at ChrysaLabs, a climate-tech startup focused on empowering agricultural and land-based carbon projects. Their approach centers on direct contact proximal sensing, a patented technology that enables accurate, scalable, and cost-effective soil carbon quantification. Laurence supports the generation of high-integrity carbon credits.
